REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
on providing a publication on a climate-proof renewables development path in Poland within a 2030, 2040
and 2050 timeframe with an aspirational ‘100% renewables’ target.
The project is entitled ‘A climate-proof renewables development path within a 2030, 2040 and 2050 timeframe with an aspirational ‘100% renewables’ target’. The Contracting Authority is seeking a contractor that is ready to provide a publication in Polish and English, with an executive summary and presentation of its results in Polish and English, on the optimization of the electricity generation mix in Poland in order to achieve a high share of renewables by 2030, climate neutrality in the 2040s and an aspirational target of 100% renewables by 2050.

Q&A
Question: As stated in the Request for Quotation document, section VIII, the Contractor should have at least seven years of professional experience in energy market analysis.Does this apply to the institution (the legal entity) or the assigned project team?
Answer: The aforementioned experience criteria which set forth that the Contractor shall have at least seven years of professional experience in energy market analysis applies to the assigned project team and experience of its members. It does not apply to legal entities as such. In other words, to meet the experience criteria it is necessary to substantiate at least seven years of experience of certain team members.
Question: „The Contractor should have at least seven years of professional experience in energy market analysis” - is it specified in energy market? or energy system?
Answer: As we are not looking particularly for energy market modeling indeed energy and power system analysis experience is also accepted, as long as the costs (investement, end user price etc.) have also been part of these analysis.
